Orders & Shipping
1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States and are working on expanding to international shipping soon! Stay tuned by signing up for our email list.
2. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and typically arrive within 5-7 business days for standard shipping. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
3. Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only ship within the U.S., but we are working on expanding. Be sure to subscribe to our email list for updates!
4. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make changes, please reach out to info@harmonpolish.com within 24 hours, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
5. My order never arrived, what should I do?
We’re here to help! If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking number. If there are further issues, contact us at info@harmonpolish.com with your order number.

6. Are Harmon Polish products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes! Harmon Polish is 100% vegan and cruelty-free. Our products contain no animal-derived ingredients, and we never test on animals.
7. What ingredients are in your nail polishes?
We are proud to be 10-free, meaning our polishes are free from harmful chemicals like formaldehyde, toluene, and parabens. You can find a full list of ingredients on each product page.
8. Are your polishes pregnancy-safe?
Yes! Our formula is non-toxic and free from harsh chemicals, making it a safer choice for expectant mothers. However, we always recommend consulting with your healthcare provider.
9. How long does the polish last?
With proper application (base coat, two thin layers of color, and top coat), our polish can last up to 10-14 days without chipping.
10. Do you offer gel polish?
At this time, we specialize in traditional, non-toxic nail polish, but we’re always innovating! Let us know if you’d love to see gel polishes in the future.
Returns & Exchanges
11. What is your return policy?
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened products. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.
12. Can I exchange a shade if I don’t like it?
We do not currently offer exchanges, but if you’re unsure about a color, check out our Instagram (@harmonpolish) for swatches or DM us for personalized recommendations!
